Born in 1912 on Murano and one of the leading Glass artists of the twentieth century. His parents were members of families which had been prominent in the glassmaking industry on Murano for generations as glassblowers and beadmakers.

Born in Venice, Laura attended the School of Visuals Arts in New York. She returned to her hometown to start an active collaboration with Vetreria Venini & Co, founded by her grandfather Paolo Venini.

Born in Rome (1931-1989). He gave a great expansion to the glass in architecture and he opened Venini’s furnaces and Murano’s secrets to the young americans, with a sensitive equilibrium between crafts, design and industry.

Seguso Vetri d’Arte (antonio seguso ) founded in 1933, quickly became one of the most important glass furnaces in Murano.

Born on the island of Murano. Shy, brilliant and quite distinguished, Archimede Seguso was a man of intellect, yet at the same time, he used the art of glass making to express himself.

A leading Glass artist in Murano for over twenty years. Signoretto trained in the school of the great master Barbini and with other masters such as Livio Seguso, Ermanno Nason, Angelo Seguso.

Silvano Signoretto. The Signoretto family is world-renowned, having created marvelous glass sculptures for the last 40 years.

Ettore Sottsass Jr. (Innsbruck, September 14, 1917 -Milano, December 30, 2007) was an architect, designer and founder of the Menphis design group and a very important consultant for Olivetti.

Tartari Lorenzo in art Marty was born in Ferrara on 8 March 1957, in the early 1980s he went to Murano for a collaboration with Stefano Mattiello, then he worked with masters such as: Livio Serena and Bruno Fornasier.

Fratelli Toso collection is one of the most beautiful in Murano: it includes incredible masterpieces realized by the collaboration between the best glass masters and talented artists and designers.

One of his ancestors, Abbott Zanetti, was the founder of The Museo del Vetro (Museum of Glass) and opened the Scuola del Vetro (Glass School) in XIXth Century.
